Older rates, competitor tables and estimates of savings do not establish today’s total or the cheapest option.
The existing rules in this article require exterior photo approval before booking for RVs 10 years or older and allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. Confirm additional requirements and keep pets under effective control. Obtain current arrival, visitor, parking, quiet-hour and support instructions. Stand-alone dump-station visits are not offered by Magnolia Beach RV Park. Ask about confirmed services for a reserved overnight stay rather than arriving for unapproved day-use dumping, water or charging.
Submit cancellation requests in writing by email to the park; confirm its correct email address. Cancellations 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not; no-shows forfeit rent paid. Guests may request rescheduling, but it is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, daily, weekly and monthly lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or shortening a stay.
Every monthly reservation requires a $75 deposit. Deposit refunds require a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the appropriate deposit-request email before departure. Refunds go to the original payment card, not by check; if that card is lost, cancelled or inactive, the approved policy says the refund cannot be processed. Keep the accepted policy and quote with your confirmation.
