Plan the actual arrival and departure dates, not an old first-day-of-spring message or expired April offer. For a northbound stop, allow setup and rest before an optional shoreline, birdwatching or fishing outing. Confirm each event separately before timing a stay around it.
Magnolia Beach RV Park is at 352 Margie Tewmey Rd, Port Lavaca, TX 77979. Give management your actual dates, RV dimensions, slides, power requirements, vehicles and guests. Ask about the assigned site’s surface, utilities, parking and approach rather than assuming every rig fits or every advertised service applies to every reservation.
Request an itemized quote for the same dates and site requirements when comparing lodging. Confirm electricity, water, sewer, internet, trash, taxes, deposits and other charges, including included items, usage limits and separate billing. Older rates, competitor tables and estimates of savings do not establish today’s total or the cheapest option.
The existing rules in this article require exterior photo approval before booking for RVs 10 years or older and allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. Confirm additional requirements and keep pets under effective control. Obtain current arrival, visitor, parking, quiet-hour and support instructions. Contactless management is not unrestricted arrival; surveillance is not a security guarantee.
Check current forecasts, alerts, wind, tide and water conditions before choosing beach or bay activities. Plan an alternative that does not depend on swimming, launching or a particular catch. A seasonal description does not guarantee mild temperatures, calm water, wildlife sightings or uncrowded access.
Confirm the exact beach, pier, marina or launch with its operator or public authority. Check opening hours, fees, parking, permitted activities, equipment and accessibility. Do not assume free access, rental equipment, live bait, ferry service or a particular restaurant or entertainment program from an older article. Map your actual vehicle route and return trip instead of relying on promised cycling or driving times.
Before fishing or crabbing, review the current Texas Parks and Wildlife Outdoor Annual for licenses, methods, species limits and closures. Confirm the rules applicable to the outing rather than treating a seasonal fishing prediction as permission. Check current event organizers’ calendars and admission/parking instructions; older spring or summer dates are not upcoming announcements.
The private RV park does not operate the public beach. Confirm current county notices, designated camping areas, posted rules, fees and access before relying on a free-camping description. A private park reservation does not authorize a public-land stay or provide hookups there. Plan power, drinking water and lawful wastewater disposal for any permitted no-hookup visit.
Stand-alone dump-station visits are not offered by Magnolia Beach RV Park. Ask about confirmed services for a reserved overnight stay rather than arriving for unapproved day-use dumping, water or charging.
Submit cancellation requests in writing by email to the park; confirm its correct email address. Cancellations 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not; no-shows forfeit rent paid. Guests may request rescheduling, but it is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, daily, weekly and monthly lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or shortening a stay.
Every monthly reservation requires a $75 deposit. Deposit refunds require a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the appropriate deposit-request email before departure. Refunds go to the original payment card, not by check; if that card is lost, cancelled or inactive, the approved policy says the refund cannot be processed. Keep the accepted policy and quote with your confirmation.
This older article advertised tent stays of one week or less. That offering is not verified here. Before arranging a tent stay, ask management whether it is currently offered and obtain written confirmation of the assigned area, eligibility, services, duration and reservation terms. Do not assume an RV site or beach-camping description includes tent accommodation.
Use the existing links below for current information, then confirm your actual dates, site approval and accepted terms. An older destination description is not a current price or access promise.
Save the quote, approval, arrival instructions and outing arrangements together. Reconfirm changes to dates, equipment or guests instead of assuming renewal, availability or services.
