A useful monthly RV park comparison should answer more than “What is the rate?” The right choice for a Winter Texan or other extended-stay guest depends on the total written cost, RV fit, utilities, policies, location, and support available during the stay. Use this checklist to compare current offers near Port Lavaca without relying on expired promotions or competitor price tables.

Its refund requires a written request within three days of departure, an attached photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before sending the request; a refund is not automatic.
Submit cancellations in writing by email to the park. Cancellations at least 14 days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund; cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. No-shows forfeit rent paid. Guests may request rescheduling, but it is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shortened stay. Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check.
Provide the RV’s total length, slide-out arrangement, electrical requirement, tow vehicle, and additional vehicles. Ask for confirmation that the complete setup fits the assigned site. Magnolia Beach RV Park offers full-hookup sites with 30/50-amp electric service, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. RVs 10 years or older require exterior photo approval, so send the requested photos early rather than waiting until arrival.
Longer stays make routine policies more important. The previously published limit is a maximum of two pets per reservation; confirm any additional approval requirements, restrictions or charges before booking. Review pet rules, guest and vehicle limits, quiet hours, package handling, maintenance access, and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Magnolia Beach RV Park is pet-friendly, with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is noon. The current park FAQ is a starting point; ask management to confirm anything important to your reservation in writing.
Magnolia Beach is about one mile from the park, and Port Lavaca serves as the nearby center for shopping and services. Instead of relying on a fixed travel-time promise, map your regular destinations and check road conditions for the dates you expect to travel.
